RV water heater sizes have shrunk a bit over the last few years so you may have to do a bit of framing to install a new tankless water heater. Based on the dimensions of the GC10A-4E that I'm seeing you could possibly get away with just a 16" x 16" access door with the Furrion Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR. If you measure your current door and find you need to go larger with the 16" tall by 18" wide then you'll want part # FR48SR instead.

No, it really isn't but I have a solution. The MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray item # MR79RR is designed to be mounted in storage compartments. It needs a sturdy base to support the weight of your generator and you're not going to be able to get that mounting it to the bumper on your OutDoors 5th wheel trailer.

In addition to the seal style you will want to measure the side profile for width and height. We do offer a variety of different trims, and we very well may have the correct trim for the entry door on your 2018 Montana High Country HM381TH. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cross reference a model of camper to know exactly what size/shape of trim you will need. Based on your measurements the # MR78RR would be the correct option from MORryde. We also have the strut assist version available which is # MR65RR. The doors may not close properly if the threshold is outside of the 5/8" - 3/4" range so you might need to add some extra material to the threshold to use either of these.

Anode rods are sacrificial hunks of metal that are designed to deteriorate so that the metal of the tank won't. A bit more length for the rod would just mean that this new anode rod would last longer. Most RV water heaters require an anode rid with a 3/4" NPT thread size so you'll want to measure the opening to see if the 1/2" # CAM11593 would be a compatible fit.
